I'm Umar Inagamjanov, a software engineer working in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. I've spent the past five years building mobile apps and backend systems on my own: iOS in Swift/SwiftUI, Android in Kotlin/Jetpack Compose, and Python/FastAPI services running on Linux.
I've carried products through every stage — from idea to architecture, development, testing, and release — including a MapLibre-based cross-platform map SDK with POI search and a Google/Yandex-style maps API. Today, as a startup co-founder, I lead technical strategy and product development.
Most of what I know is self-taught. To me, learning isn't theory alone — it's understanding earned through practice: I try new technologies, build solutions, work through the failures, and keep digging until the problem makes complete sense.
Quality, responsibility, and attention to detail are the values I work by. In every project I aim for sound architecture, clean code, and a solution users can rely on — and I hold myself to communicating clearly, listening carefully, and taking full ownership of my part of the work.
MehrGO (formerly Ayol Taxi) is a startup building a national transport platform for Uzbekistan. On this project I develop the iOS (Swift/SwiftUI) and Android (Kotlin/Jetpack Compose) apps, focusing on real-time driver tracking, map and navigation features, and refining the user experience.
AI Loom is an AI-driven digital fashion platform launching in Uzbekistan. As co-founder and CTO, I'm responsible for the platform's technical architecture, the AI virtual try-on technology, and the mobile, web, and backend systems — coordinating the engineering process and carrying the product through to release.

FastBook is a booking platform for vacation spots and country houses in Uzbekistan. On this project I built and shipped the iOS (Swift/SwiftUI) and Android (Kotlin) apps, implementing the core features: listing management for property owners, and search, booking, and payment flows for users.
Yarrow Maps is a MapLibre-based cross-platform mapping solution. On this project I worked on the Map SDK for iOS and Android and its Google/Yandex-style API — maps, markers, and POI search — and took part in building the consumer-facing B2C iOS and Android apps on top of these technologies.
Delivered a cryptocurrency wallet across iOS and Android; built the Python backend with REST APIs, MongoDB, and WebSockets for real-time balance and transaction updates, deployed and maintained on Linux servers.
Coordinated the engineering team's work — planning tasks and managing the development process — and was responsible for the project budget and team resources.
Took part in developing digital products and internal systems for a pharmaceutical company in Uzbekistan — a CRM system and solutions for end-to-end business process automation. Also worked on a unified platform for ordering the company's products online, shaped the corporate visual identity and product design, and improved marketing and sales processes. Currently contributing to business efficiency through digital tools that support accounting and operations.
Developed Android apps focused on the cryptocurrency ecosystem and published them on Google Play. Several reached 1,000+ downloads with high user ratings.
